We offer a varied programme aimed at both refreshing and building on your existing skills
You choose the workshops best suited to meet your needs

Who is it for?
Any manager or supervisor under notice of redundancy or who has been claiming JSA within the last 6 months, and live or last worked  in Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Bromley, Croydon, Sutton, Greenwich, Bexley or Lewisham.

How is the programme structured?
It starts with an opportunity to discuss your training needs and work aspirations
With a personal ‘action plan’ prepared, you can then choose the workshops you want
From ‘Job-winning skills’ to management qualifications the programme includes the key development aspects you may need
We also have workshops if you are considering a career change, for example Becoming an Accredited Trainer (Fasttrack City and Guilds’ PTLLS qualification)
How is work assessed?
The accredited programmes each have a mix of in-workshop activities plus some short, written pieces of work, (typically one page)
The trainers will provide you with support and guidance
Those workshops not leading to a qualification have no written homework

What does it cost?
Nothing – the programme is funded by the LSC and the ESF and is free of charge to those meeting the eligibility criteria. There is limited availability so register your interest as soon as possible.
