Arena Hair and Beauty is the latest training facility for the hair and beauty sector in central Kingston.  This unique centre offers specialist facilities which benefit students, employers and clients alike.

Alongside the commercial enterprise of the Arena Hair and Beauty Salon, Arena's resources provide the professional environment needed to meet today's strong fashion culture within the industry.  Open throughout the year, Arena has the facilities to meet the aims and ambitions of today's professionals, specialising in:

Arena Sports and Gym

The Arena Sports facility comprises of a state of the art fitness suite, exercise studio and sports hall.

Arena Sports is the perfect training venue for learners studying professional fitness industry
qualifications. Whether you are looking to start out in the health and fitness industry or are
an experienced fitness professional, Kingston College provides you with the highest quality of
training in a  fantastic and functional environment.

Arena Sports is a superb base for the College’s Sports Academies featuring:

•  The fitness suite which is equipped with a range of Nautilus equipment specifically designed for dynamic
  functional training
• The exercise studio, which has a fully sprung floor and  mirrors and is designed for a range of activities.

The Arena facility includes a sports hall large enough for six badminton courts with a fully sprung floor
and capacity for 500 spectators.  Kingston College has hosted international Basketball, Hockey, Netball
and Volleyball events here.

Arena Sports is also open to staff and students at peak times for those keen to benefit from the
facility. Fully qualified fitness professionals are on hand to help at all levels, from inductions to creating
individual exercise programmes and advising on technique.

There is also an extensive exercise studio timetable available with sessions ranging from Indoor Cycling to Pilates.
