This second of three experimental workshops is intended to equip counsellors and therapists with a range of creative techniques and skills, as they work in different locations or within a limited space. It offers an opportunity to expand the therapists tool kit.
Course Duration
This is a one day workshop and the next one will be held on Saturday 25th February 2012, and runs from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Content
Therapists will work with methods like 'free drawing', small object work (Russian dolls, shells, buttons), wax crayons and water. The workshop provides:
A range of techniques and exercises which can be effectively and easily applied.
A experience of being in a role as client and therapist.
Developing an understanding of which skill is most appropriate in timing its clinical application.
