This, the first of three, experiential workshops is intended to develop counsellors' and therapists' skill in practice in addition to their training in 'talking therapy'.
Entry Requirements
No previous experience in creative work is needed. Each day is largely practical and involves participation.
Course Duration
This is a one-day workshop run on a Saturday. The next scheduled date is Saturday 21 January 2012. The workshop runs between 10.00am- 4.00pm
Content
A way of working deriving from a Jungian method, Sandtray illustrates and accesses a client's process through a symbolic externalisation of inner landscape, using sand, water and objects in a painted tray.
The workshop provides:
- An understanding of theory into practice of Sandtray
- An experience of being in role as client and therapist
- Developing an understanding of Sandtray's clinical application

The cost of this workshop is £65.00. Fees need to be paid in advance and are non refundable. Places will be reserved on receipt of full payment, and will be on a first come, first served basis.
