The NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Bridging Course has been developed for those Level 3 Personal Trainers who are looking to discover the power behind NASM’s Optimum Performance Training Model.

Level 3 Personal Training qualification
Course Duration
Delivered through a flexible online learning package and two-day 'Bringing Your Learning to Life' workshops at Kingston College. You will be able to start the course when you like and choose the workshop dates that suit you. You will receive your online learning pack eight weeks before the course workshop so you can start your learning. You must complete the online theory exam within two weeks of completing your practical workshop and assessment.

- Introduction to to the NASM OPT Model
- Intergrated Assessment
- Principals of Flexiblity Training
- Principals of Core/Balance/Reactive/SAQ Training
- Principals of Resistance Training
- Fundamentals of OPT Programme Design

• Written case study
• Gym practical
• NASM online theory exam
