VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments

This course is designed for mature students who are seeking to increase their Beauty Therapy skills to an advanced level.  Emphasis is on both practical and theoretical instruction, combined with home study and completion of case studies.

Entry Requirements

Minimum age 19 years. VTCT Level 2 Beauty Specialist Diploma or equivalent.

Course Duration

Our next course will commence September 2012 for one year, 1.5 days per week, plus evening assessment sessions.

Content

• Monitor and maintain Health and Safety practice in the salon
• Client care and communication working in beauty related industries,
• Provide Body Massage
• Face electrotherapy
• Body electrotherapy
• Apply microdermabrasion
• Apply individual permanent lashes
• Apply stone therapy
• Enrichment workshop - spray tanning

Progression 

Employment in industry as a Beauty Therapist in salons, health clubs and spas.

Additional Information

Estimated cost: £1,600 plus kit (£300 approximately). Instalment arrangement available on tuition fee and kit, please enquire for details.

Funding may be available for applicants who are under 19 or in receipt of JSA/ESA. This applies to the tuition fee only. There is no provision for financial assistance with exam fees or kit.  Your kit must be purchased before starting the course.
