This is the third of three levels of study (Award, Certificate, Diploma) for middle managers. It offers insight into best practice across a broad range of management topics. The course is designed for those with some management experience who want to further hone their skills or attain an accredited management qualification. This course is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute.

The course is designed for those with management experience. Learners should have people management responsibilities.
International Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements - this course is aimed at those in middle management positions who are looking to take the next step and push their careers forward.
Course Duration
The Diploma in Management and Leadership is an 11 day programme of study held over seven months.
We are continuing to accept applications until such time as we have sufficient students to make the course viable.

Assessment is by a variety of written assignments including a worked-based project and personal development plan.
Progress
Learners may progress to Chartered Manager status through the CMI.
Additional Information
The Diploma in Management and Leadership cost for study is £2,500 in the academic period 2012/2013.
Students will be registered with the Chartered Management Institute and will be given student membership of the Institute.
