ITQ Certificate for IT Users

ITQ is a qualification for users of IT. It enables you to develop and acquire new IT skills and gain a recognised qualification. ITQ is primarily aimed at IT Users in a wide range of job roles and can be tailored to the needs of your business and your staff.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements, however you must have some basic computer knowledge.

Content

Flexible programmes are available to suit individual needs. In addition to the mandatory unit, Make Selective use of IT, there are a number of other units to choose from including Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Database and Presentation Software. This qualification is available at both Level 2 and Level 3.
