During a visit to the Design Museum to view the work of Wim Crouwel, one of the leading designers of the 20C, Kingston College Graphic Design students and staff were delighted to meet up with the designer at the Exhibition. Year 1 Graphic Design students, along with Lecturers Ben Dunning, Alison Richards and Kate Jessop were able to speak to him and have their photograph taken with him.
This is becoming a habit for the Graphic Design Team; on a previous visit to London Judith Stafford, Course Leader for Graphic Design, and a group of Year 2 students, met with Matt Lucas who was visiting an Exhibition at the Kemistry Gallery in London. As chance would have it the theme for this year’s Final Major Project is ‘Red’ and Matt was wearing a red scarf! They had their photograph taken with Matt who was delightful to everyone.
