Entry Requirements
All candidates will need to show that they are working at Level 2 in English and maths. Enrolment will be subject to interview and initial assessment.Candidates should be working in a role which allows them to apply aspects of the course to their professional context. Candidates will also need access to a PC or laptop to support work on the online units.

Progression Next Steps
The course provides a solid foundation for progression within the workplace. The ILM also offers further Leadership and Management courses at Levels 4 and 5. -
Additional Information
The Government has declared that this course will be offered free to those not already holding a full Level 3 qualification. Those who already possess a full Level 3 qualification (A-Levels or full L3 diplomas) will be able to apply for Government 'Advanced Learner Loans'; these mean that fees can be paid post-qualification, on a monthly basis. Repayments are based on salary but do not commence until income is above £27,295. -

Course delivery is via a blended model: evening classes on-site and online deliveryYou will attend College as well as online sessions, allowing for close tutor and mentor support. Each unit has online course materials and assessments, providing you with the flexibility to manage your time and balance the demands of studying whilst working.

Assessment is unit based and you must achieve a minimum of 37 credits across these units to be awarded the Diploma.There is a broad range of optional units to choose from, meaning you can map your way through the programme to best suit you and your organisation's particular developmental needs
